Practicing Mat Pilates weekly is a fantastic way to infuse variety into your workout routine while improving your overall flexibility, core stability and posture. You will learn how to best balance your body through optimal alignment, progress through exercises that activate your core and challenge your entire body. Pilates is meant to meet each participants needs. This means that the emphasis is on working within your own means and attempting to compete or compare yourself to others is discouraged. Mat Pilates can be modified for any age, body, or fitness level.
